Free in-home services are available for residents of select 55+ communities and qualifying members of the 55+ general population in select areas throughout Suffolk County.
Eligibility is limited to individuals who:

We can assist with specialty kits, independent laboratory orders, and qualifying in-state and out-of-state testing services.
Our mobile collection services allow you to complete many specialized tests without traveling to a traditional laboratory location.

Fast Urine Culture Results Available
When utilizing our partnered laboratory, qualifying urine culture testing is available with PCR results within 24 hours.

Service Fees & Insurance
Service fees vary based on your location and the type of service required.
For qualifying laboratory services, insurance may cover the cost of laboratory testing only. Mobile service fees and certain specialized services may not be covered by insurance.
Kit-based testing, DNA testing, paternity testing, and early gender reveal services are generally not covered through insurance.
